Come Visit Us!
Take a tour of Best Friends Animal Sanctuary
It all begins when you arrive at the Welcome Center.
Driving through the lower canyon, the signs pointing the way, you'll immediately feel the peace and tranquility of a place where so many creatures have been loved and healed from their hard life journeys.
The Welcome Center is a comforting place in itself, complete with a lucky fish pond, and frequently visited by hummingbirds.
Seven days a week, you can have a guided tour of the sanctuary, which picks you up at the Welcome Center. Tours are free, and there are four per day.
Be sure to call ahead to find out the times, and to make sure you get a space. Call (435) 644-2001 ext 4537. Full tours take approximately an hour and a half and wind through the magnificent red-rock landscape of Angel Canyon.
If a tour just isn't enough, and you have time to interact more closely with the sanctuary animals, please contact us about volunteer opportunities at (435) 644-2001 ext 4119.
