Timeline for submissions
Make your submission stand out
We welcome submissions on carefully curated topics and encourage you to clearly outline the key insights and information you plan to share with our conference attendees.
While all submissions are considered, please note that priority will be given to sessions premiering at the Best Friends National Conference and not previously presented at other industry events. For more details about your potential audience, please refer to the information at the bottom of this page.
Write a clear and concise description of your proposed session, including the content and resources you wish to share and the key takeaways for conference attendees.
Sessions should be informative and guide attendees on how to implement your knowledge and experience into their own organizations versus a showcase of things your organization has accomplished.
Sessions may not be used as a sales pitch for a company’s products or services. So, while we welcome representatives from for-profit companies to submit an exhibitor application, please refrain from submitting a speaking session geared toward selling a product or service.
You’re welcome to submit more than one session topic for consideration. You may also submit one session geared toward beginners and one geared toward experienced leaders. You’ll need to complete one submission form for each proposed session.
You should prepare a presentation that will cover the entire 50 minutes of session time with content, leaving minimal to no time for an audience question-and-answer period.
