Location:  Kanab, UT or remote

Hiring Range: This position’s hiring rate is anticipated to be $72,000-$76,000 depending on experience, plus great benefits!

Interviews will occur on February 10th and continue weekly until the position is filled.

Position Summary: This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, operational efficiencies, and cross-functional collaboration specifically in the areas of merchandise, fundraising, and events support. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills and creativity to support process improvements, optimize reporting, and deliver actionable insights sometimes through the use of data visualizations. Large focus on enhancing organizational performance through data-driven solutions and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze complex data sets using SQL, Excel, and/or other analytics tools, and using that data to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support organizational needs.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and optimize performance. Implement best practices in operational efficiency, continuously seeking ways to enhance processes and drive organizational impact.

  • Assist in maintaining system policies and procedures, recommending improvements to promote efficient data flow and process optimization, while monitoring and analyzing operational metrics, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Provide operational and analytical support for ongoing events, campaigns and key organizational activities, by engaging with diverse stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Utilize proven project management tools to execute and control projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

  • Support the maintenance of fundraising software and databases, ensuring data integrity and quality.

  • Ensure the accuracy and clarity of all data presentations, while continuously improving reporting solutions to meet evolving business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational support roles. (required)

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and/or Pythonrequired, 3 years minimum experience)

  • Familiarity with fundraising software (CRM systems), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and dashboard development (Tableau or similar)required, 3 years minimum)

  • Experience in retail analytics and market research methodologies.(preferred)

  • Exposure to nonprofit accounting concepts and financial reporting. (preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, and a results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a passion for driving insights through data. (required)
