Who to contact?



I registered a friend but did not get a confirmation email. Why not?

Registration confirmations are sent to the person who filled out the registration, and the individuals who were registered. If you didn’t get an email, please contact us at

Can two people be on one registration?

No, each person attending must be registered separately. However, you can add the names of multiple people during registration. During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to add their information. Remember, there is a group discount of 10 percent off the total registration cost when three or more people from the same organization register at the same time.

Can I add more people to my existing registration so we can all get the group discount?

Sorry, you cannot add more people to an already existing registration. All attendees must register at the same time to get the group discount.

If I registered for the conference but then need to cancel, can I get a refund?

You can cancel your registration by clicking on the link included in your registration confirmation email. If you cancel online before June 16, your registration fee will be credited back to your credit card, minus a $25 administrative fee. If your credit card is no longer valid, we may issue a check refund. If your registration is cancelled after the deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I make changes to my attendee profile once I’ve registered?

Are there any discounts for registration?

There are three kinds of discounts: a Network partner discount, a group discount and an early-bird discount. Go here for more details about the Network Partner discount.

What about discounts for municipal shelters?

The shelter must be part of the No More Homeless Pets Network to get discounts. The network offers partners a variety of benefits, including two conference registrations for just $162.50 each. Getting approval to join the network takes approximately four to six weeks. For more information about becoming a network partner, click here.

Can I combine discounts like the network partner discount and the group discount?

Sorry, no. Conference registrants are eligible for only one discount at a time.



What is the network partner discount?

Approved No More Homeless Pets Network Partner organizations receive two registrations at half price, which is $162.50 each. For more information about how to receive your code, click here. Not sure if your organization is a network partner? Visit this page and search for your organization’s name.

If I registered before I found out about the network partner discount, can I get a refund?

Yes. Please email us at with your organization’s name, EIN number and discount code (if you have it), and we’ll be happy to process a refund for the difference.



Will there be disability accommodations for the conference venue, bus transportation and the Alley Cat Allies tour?

Yes. When registering, you will be asked if you need any aids or services because of a disability. If you select “yes,” our staff will contact you to get more information about what accommodations you may need.



Can I add bus transportation and/or the Alley Cat Allies trip after I register?

When can I find out who the exhibitors will be?

Is there a mobile app for attendees?

Yes. The app will be up and running about a month before the conference. As soon as it’s ready, registrants will receive an email with information on how they can access it.

Can I bring my pet to the conference?

Wouldn’t that be amazing if everyone got to bring their pets along? There would be more animals than people! Not that we’d be complaining, but the conference could present a stressful atmosphere for your pet, so we strongly recommend that you leave your pets at home. Exceptions are made for service animals and pre-approved celebrity animals.
