Dr. Kimberly Boudwin has been the medical director at Providence Animal Center in Media, Pennsylvania, since the spring of 2010. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to revamping Providence Animal Centers medical policies and procedures, Kimberly worked as a fulltime veterinarian at a private practice. She runs Providences shelter surgery and medicine rotations, teaching highvolume surgery and shelter medicine to veterinary students. Her passion is surgery, specifically softtissue surgeries, many of which she has performed on owned animals in the community, saving families from the threat of euthanizing their family pet because they are unable to afford the special surgery at a private practice. Kimberly lives in Springfield, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Russ, and two cats, Howard and Utley.
