Bend Spay & Neuter Project

Bend Spay and Neuter Project provides low and no cost spay and neuter services in Central Oregon. We also provide low cost vaccine and microchips and exams to people who are low or no income. We have a foster network that adopts out cats and kittens including a feral barn cat adoption program. We also provide free spay and neuter for feral cats through our Trap, Neuter, Return Program.
