Chances Dog Rescue and Relocation

Chances – Dog Rescue and Relocation is a non-profit, no kill, volunteer organization serving the Houston, TX area.  We are dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs from streets and shelters and to coordinating relocation efforts for these dogs and dogs in local rescues to Northern states for adoption.
