Clay County Animal Rescue and Shelter (CCARS) provides compassionate animal control service and humane investigations throughout Clay County, Illinois. CCARS addresses the needs of each individual animal to the best of our ability, spay/neuters all animals prior to adoption and assists the community with spay/neuter assistance as we are able.
