The Friends of the Palm Springs Animal Shelter works with the City of Palm Springs to make sure that the newly-built municipal Animal Shelter demonstrates the highest possible standards of animal care. We will to serve as a model for this nation and beyond. We are determined to grow the numbers of spay/neuter surgeries and adoptions.
