The Mission of the Humane Society is to end animal cruelty, neglect, and overpopulation. Towards that end, we operate a fixed site and a mobile spay/neuter clinic which provides surgical service to over 8,000 pets a year. Additionally, we investigate reports of animal cruelty and abuse; offer a program to help manage feral cat colonies; provide education about the humane treatment of animals to community groups; and offer selected programs and projects based upon community need.
