We are a nonprofit pet food pantry dedicated to serving low income, homeless, elderly and disabled pet owners of Tulare County. Our goal is to reduce the amount of pets surrendered each year due to their owner's inability to provide basic necessities. By keeping pets fed, we keep them in their homes.
