In a world where too many dogs and cats are displaced from their homes, or never have one of their own, we wanted to make a difference. We strongly believe fostering, rather than shelter life, is the key to that difference. We are fortunate to be able to say that every one of the pets in our care are individually evaluated and cared for by a well-established local veterinarian. The fur-babies are then settled into an experienced and loving foster home, ensuring they have the best possible chance at finding their forever home. We know we cannot save them all. Our goal is to provide a quality of life that emphasizes love, health, confidence and happiness to every pet who comes into our program, with the ultimate goal being a second chance at a forever home.

Dutch Country Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 organization headquartered outside of Philadelphia, PA. Our vision is for all animals to be given the opportunity to live in a peaceful environment with a warm place to rest their head, proper medical care, a full belly, and to truly know the meaning of love. We have rescued more than 50 dogs this year that were within 24 hrs of being euthanized.

Sandy Paws Rescue inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit organization dedicated to the well-being of family pets in need. We provide assistance to families in financial distress as well as aid in connecting them with spay and neuter services. If a family's need is greater than what we can provide, we will assist with finding the pet or pets a new home. Sandy Paws Rescue also helps pets at risk of euthanasia from high-kill shelters.

Lazy Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill dog rescue organization specializing in the Low Rider Breeds: Bassets, Corgis, and Dachshunds. We rescue dogs from shelters at risk of being euthanized as well as abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many dogs from owners who are forced to surrender their dogs due to financial or personal issues.Our primary goal is to rescue and rehabilitate these dogs in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes.

PetsPeople Humane Society, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill humane society that rescues adoptable cats and dogs from municipal animal control facilities across the state of Oklahoma on the day they are to be euthanized. We provide a safe harbor for our pets until they are adopted into responsible, loving homes. All are spayed or neutered to help end the vicious cycle of homeless pets.

Ohio Alleycat Resource & Spay/Neuter Clinic is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization. Our mission is to enrich the lives of cats and communities in Greater Cincinnati by providing low-cost, high-quality spay/neuter services for ferals, strays and pets; offering TNR (trap-neuter-return) and other outreach programs; and running a small, no-kill adoption center dedicated to finding loving homes.

Located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona, HALO Animal Rescue is a safety net for thousands of homeless dogs and cats each year. We are a no-kill facility, which means we never euthanize an animal because we have run out of room, but it also means we are limited in the animals we can take in at any given time. These animals are lovingly cared for while they are prepared for adoption, and then they are adopted into loving homes.

Cats Alive reduces preventable cat deaths by providing spay-neuter surgeries, vaccinations and other life-saving medical treatments for outdoor cats and kittens in the underserved rural community of Fort White, Florida. We remove all barriers for the caregivers - physical limitations, transportation and financial, allowing them access to veterinary care.

The Tucker County Animal Shelter is a county-operated No Kill shelter. We continually strive for the best possible outcome for each individual animal that enters our care. We focus on helping the community with TNR, spay/neuter assistance, adoption placements, and resources to serve the underserved. Our humane officer completes welfare checks as well as animal cruelty investigations and is trained to assist people in the best care for their pets.

Multiple Breed Rescue helps as many sick, abused and/or abandoned animals from Ohio shelters who euthanize for space. We pride ourselves in taking dogs that other rescues may leave behind because they are sick, injured or are not a popular or pure breed. All dogs that we take in are given proper medical treatment, vaccinated and spayed/neutered then placed in a foster home until a forever home can be found.

Mutt Match LA is a non-specific breed rescue committed to Rescue, Rehabilitation and Re-homing of abandoned, homeless and unwanted dogs giving them a second, and often first, chance at a happy life.

The mission of Ring Dog Rescue is to rescue and rehabilitate pit bull type dogs in need. These dogs are placed in foster homes, and then adopted to forever homes. We have also launched campaigns ranging from spay and neuter, educational engagements, to partnering with other animal welfare advocates, to lobbying breed specific bans.

SNAP Cats is dedicated to the rescue and care of special needs cats. Founded in 2013, SNAP Cats is a unique rescue and sanctuary based in Sonoma County, California. With campuses in Santa Rosa and Sebastopol, SNAP Cats rescues special needs cats from all around the world, houses them, then finds them warm, loving homes. We believe, if given time, that ALL cats can find the home that they deserve.
