The Harrison County Humane Society of Iowa provides shelter to homeless and unwanted dogs and cats in Harrison County, Iowa. We provide spay/neuter assistance and participate in community spay/neuter and release programs. Through our 28e agreement with various communities in Harrison county, we take in strays and work to return them to their rightful owners.
