Timber’s Legacy is a small Queens, NY based cat rescue that is staffed entirely by volunteers. We were formed for the purpose of improving the quality of life for homeless, neglected and abandoned cats through rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming.  We take cats that have been abandoned, friendly strays and cats that have unfortunately found themselves on the NYC ACC “at risk list.” Approximately 25% of our cats are special needs. All of our cats are provided with the highest quality veterinary care.   As we do not have a physical shelter, all are housed in foster homes until such time as their forever home is found.
