It is the mission of Father John's Animal House to provide quality loving care to the cats and dogs that arrive at our shelter. We are advocates against cruelty and neglect, encourage a strong animal-human bond, find quality loving families for otherwise homeless animals, and promote and facilitate spay/neuter procedures to reduce the over population and suffering of unwanted or homeless animals.

The Dunn County Humane Society (DCHS) is dedicated to improving the lives of companion animals in our community and finding permanent and loving adoptive homes for the animals in our care. DCHS promotes the humane treatment of animals and operates as a no-kill facility, a philosophy that has been with the organization from the beginning. We do not forfeit the life of one animal to make space for another.

NAC FOSTER RESCUE (NFR) is an all volunteer foster-based rescue whose mission is to help homeless, neglected, and abused dogs. We are committed to providing the dogs that come into NFR with the best possible care while they wait for forever homes. We network with other rescues to transport and place animals. We operate solely on fund raising, donations and volunteer. NFR works to educate our community of the importance of spay and neuter.

Friends of CountyPets is dedicated to responsible and ethical pet ownership in our community through education and advocacy. Our passion is empowering and encouraging dog and cat owners in Harris County to humanely care for their pet through education and access to services.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome as many dogs as possible within our financial means. To educate all adopters regarding, care, nutrition, and medical issues. We promote training and it's required for adoption. We have a permanent foster home program for senior dogs that cannot be placed in adoptive homes. We are available 24/7 for assistance to adopters.

Wayward Whiskers is non-profit (501c-3), all volunteer animal rescue dedicated to protecting and improving the lives of abused, abandoned and neglected homeless cats and kittens and placing them in loving, permanent homes.

Our purpose is to save dogs from high kill shelters and place them into foster homes with our volunteers. Prior to adoption our dogs will be vetted, spayed or neutered, and given the chance to adjust to a home environment.

The Barry County Animal Shelter (BCAS) is dedicated to improving the health and well being of the animals in our community. We promote adoption and rescue for all shelter animals. No healthy or adoptable animal will be euthanized.

The Randolph County Animal Services Department provides animal sheltering, animal law enforcement, rabies control, pet adoption, animal welfare organization networking and volunteer and public education programs.Animal law and rabies control enforcement is provided to the unincorporated areas of Randolph County and the incorporated areas of Ramseur, Franklinville, Seagrove, Staley and Trinity.

Spay/Neuter the cats of Somerset County, provide assistance to pet owners.

Midcoast Humane: Working to make life better for the animals and people in our communities

CPR is a 501c(3) non-profit, foster home and volunteer based rescue, dedicated to rescuing stray and abandoned animals. We do not have a central shelter as all of our animals are placed in foster homes until forever homes can be found. Our goal is to rescue as many animals as we can safely manage thru foster homes. We rescue dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, birds and other small animals.

Our Mission is to improve the lives of companion animals (dogs and cats) by:
-Rescuing them from neglectful and/or hazardous situations;
-Placing them with carefully screened families selected for their love of animals and the security of their homes;
-Promoting and encouraging spay and neutering;
-Assisting needy pet owners with veterinarian bills when funds permit.

We are a group of volunteers whose goal is to save the lives of homeless dogs suffering in high-kill shelters, as well as owner-surrender dogs who need to be re-homed. We pull dogs from various shelters and provide foster homes until they are adopted. In doing so, we hope to provide an alternative to the purchase of puppy mill and pet store dogs. We strive to match each dog with the right family.

Homeward Trails Animal Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides pet adoption in Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland. We find homes for dogs and cats rescued from high-kill animal shelters or whose owners could no longer care for them or were found as strays.
