2nd Chance 4 Pets is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) advocacy organization. We are not a rescue group and we are unable to rehome pets. Our mission is to reduce the number of pets unnecessarily euthanized each year due to the death or incapacity of the human companions who care for them. We provide free resources to ensure that pets will always receive care, even if they outlive their humans.

The mission of the Quad City Animal Welfare Center is to operate a shelter for homeless animals, to offer spay and neuter programs and provide humane education. QCAWC has been saving lives one animal at a time since 1977.

The effort to provide shelter for abandoned pets in Madison County began in the late 1980s from a grassroots effort of several citizens who were concerned about stray dogs and cats in the county. The pet shelter is a private non-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt charity that relies on private donations to help homeless pets in Madison County, Arkansas.Today, Paws and Claws Pet Shelter staff finds loving homes for 99.9% of the 400+ pets we care for. The new name emphasizes the change."

PAWSitive Pantry, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that was founded in 2009 to provide a safety net to help pets whose families have fallen on hard times. Through a liaison with the Vermont Foodbank we deliver dog and cat food to food shelves throughout the state of Vermont. To date we have delivered over 400,000 lbs of food. At present we provide approximately 4,500 dog and 8,100 cat meals per month.

The J.B. Ogle Animal Shelter is owned and operated by the City of Jeffersonville, but provides animal shelter services for all of Clark County -- including Borden, Charlestown, Clarksville, Sellersburg, Utica and unincorporated areas of Clark County -- through a series of interlocal agreements. We work hard to reunite owners with their pets, find loving adoptive homes for our available animals, educate the community about responsible pet ownership, and assist citizens of Clark County with the cost of spaying or neutering their pets. We work closely with several rescue and advocacy groups which increases the impact we can have on our community.

Good Dog's mission is to ease human suffering and promote recovery from trauma and stress using animal-assisted therapy services.

Focus on Ferals is a non-profit animal welfare organization based in Malone, NY, minutes from the Canadian Border. The organization was established in 2011 by a small group of caring and dedicated individuals concerned about solving the overpopulation of feral/stray and abandoned felines within Franklin and Clinton County, NY.

We are an all volunteer, foster based 501c3 non profit program. We take in cats and kittens from all over Oregon and when possible help with cats from high kill states. We also assist with pregnant or nursing moms, have resources for low cost spay and neuters, TNR, and offer food help. We are only looking for the very best fit for the cats in our care. Our overall goal is to help with overpopulation one kitten and cat at time.

Delaney's Dog, a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, is a volunteer run, all breed dog rescue serving the Los Angelessurrounding SoCal communities. We are dedicated to the rescuing and re-homing of dogs in danger whether it be from the city and county shelters or from out on the streets. We rescue, rehabilitate, care give and thoroughly screen adoption applicants for the proper placement of rescued dogs into their right forever home.

Paws for Life functions as an all volunteer organization dedicated to finding forever homes for the Heber City Animal Shelter animals. We publicize available animals weekly in the Wasatch Wave, our website, Petfinder and our Facebook page. We host adoption events at Petco and other local venues. We spay and neuter and provide medical care for our animals.

All4Paws is a dog and cat rescue organization that addresses the physical and emotional needs of abandoned animals through an evolving holistic approach. As a compassionate no-kill rescue organization we strive to responsibly rescue, take care of, and place as many owner-less or scheduled to die, lost, abandoned, and/or abused animals as possible while being a valued community resource.

We are a basset hound rescue group who provides veterinary care, food, shelter and support to basset hounds needing assistance in Utah. We place basset hounds in our care into foster homes and permanent homes with consideration to personality, behavior, and special needs. We provide continuing support to adoptive families throughout the lifetime of the dogs.

The mission of Animal Rescue of Fresno is to eliminate suffering and promote the welfare of dogs through direct action and education. ARF is committed to encouraging the humane treatment of all animals, reducing the number of homeless animals, promoting the benefits of the human/animal bond, and supporting spaying/neutering of all animals.

Pet Community Center believes in taking a proactive approach to solving pet overpopulation. We also strongly believe in collaboration with other animal welfare groups. Our primary methods for helping animals are: Low cost spay-neuter services (through our clinic partners), Subsidizing spay-neuter services for pet caretakers with financial needs and for feral cats, Providing behavior training for pet caretakers who are in crisis.

Our Shelter Diversion Program is designed to prevent animals from entering into shelters by providing personalized options and assistance.

Our mission is to prevent cruelty to animals and to find forever homes for those who have been lost along the journey. We rescue dogs from high kill shelters that are at risk for euthanasia. Along with the dogs from the south, we aim to help local dogs being surrendered when we are able to. Any money that comes into the rescue goes back into the rescue whether it is to save more dogs, vet the dogs that need care, or for any supplies needed for the rescue.
