Wags and Walks was founded by Lesley Brog because she knew she could do more for the Shelter Animals. Wags and Walks goal is to educate people about the types of dogs in the Shelters and find those animals suitable, loving fosters and adopters. Lesley Brog visits Shelters on a daily basis, she gets to know the animals, take pictures and videos and urgently networks to find the dogs a loving home before their time is up.

The Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in November 2010 and incorporated in February 2012. Our all-volunteer group cooperates with the county animal shelter to enhance the lives of shelter animals and help them find homes. We also help reduce the number of homeless animals in our community by sponsoring a low-cost spay/neuter program.

Puplandia dog Rescue is a volunteer driven Oregon nonprofit organized and operated to facilitate the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of dogs while forming relationships with other local rescues, shelters, veterinarians and businesses. We also educate the public and provide spay and neuter services to prevent unwanted animals and decrease the number of dogs surrendered to the shelters and rescues.We serve our local community by offering support and assistance to keep dogs in their current home when possible by providing food, training and education. We rescue dogs when they are not able to remain in their current home, are homeless, or are deemed unadoptable in shelters throughout the Western United States.

Friends of Mohave County Animal Shelter provides financial and volunteer support to the homeless, ill, injured and abandoned animals of Mohave County, Arizona.

The Alan Purcell Animal Shelter is dedicated to providing for the humane treatment of dogs and cats in the Township of Wayne and surrounding communities. Each year the shelter cares for the lives of approximately 1,000 animals. Through its aggressive adoption, spay/neuter, community outreach and humane education programs the Shelter is committed to stimulating the public's awareness of the plight of homeless animals.

Since 2005, Sarge's Animal Rescue Foundation's passionate volunteers have found safe, happy homes for thousands of dogs and cats that would have been euthanized without SARGE'S intervention. All of our dogs and cats are vaccinated, spayed or neutered before adoption. We are growing fast and we intend save more lives every year!

A Place for Ace is a 501(c)(3), MA, foster-based rescue that focuses on saving all dogs from high kill shelters in South Texas. We take in dogs of all ages and all medical needs. We specialize in raising awareness around the unnecessary euthanasia of dogs in shelters. Our primary goal is to rescue the dogs from the shelter, rehabilitate them and adopt them into forever homes.

The mission of Operation Community Cats is to improve the welfare and reduce the population of feral and stray cats through spay/neuter programs and education. Following the example set in Portland for cat people and bird people to become animal people and work together to help cats and wildlife. Operation Community Cats and the Golden Eagle Audubon Society have formed a truly unique partnership to motivate a change in our community. Both organizations agree that by having fewer pet cats roaming freely it is better for the cats and for wildlife. OCC founded in 2019 is a young 501c3 non-profit organization with very skilled compassionate volunteers working hard together to solve an ever growing problem.

Seeing an unanswered need, several Pflugerville Animal Shelter Volunteers established a non-profit organization, Pflugerville Pets Alive (PPA), to provide a way for the community of Pflugerville to make a difference in the lives of animals in Pflugerville including those in the care of the Pflugerville Animal Shelter.

The Community Cat Support Network seeks to provide support for community cat colonies, their caretakers, and other cat rescue organizations by advocating, supporting, and promoting trap-neuter-return, as well as by sharing and distributing cat care supplies and resources.

The Animal Rescue Foundation of Southeastern Pennsylvania saves the lives of dogs, cats and rabbits who may be euthanized at public shelters and promotes adoption as a way to enhance the lives of both pets and people. Second Chances Rescue, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that was established to find loving homes for cats and dogs in the Philadelphia community. More specifically, Second Chances Rescue, Inc. (SCRI) will help rescue, rehabilitate, foster, and make cats and dogs available for adoption into permanent and loving homes in the community. Our mission is help improve the quality of life for animals in need.

Cats Valley has been founded to relieve the major problems inherent in animal shelters today, high-kill shelters, caged environments that spread disease, and overcrowding. Cats Valley, a no-kill shelter, rescues homeless cats and provides them with a safe, dignified life, while placing them in forever homes.
