FixNation is a non-profit organization operating the only free, full-time spay/neuter clinic in Los Angeles for homeless, stray and feral cats. We provide training and resources for Trap-Neuter-Return programs, and provide reduced rate spay/neuter services for tame companion cats. We seek to change public policy so that TNR becomes the sanctioned and government-funded approach to homeless cat management.

FurryTails Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue group founded by Jennicka Andersson and Carole Ly Sing Lao in June 2012 with the mission to save animals from being killed in Los Angeles shelters. We are committed to educate about the importance of Spaying/Neutering animals as well as Adopting animals from shelters vs. breeders or stores.

We assist evidence animals living in city and county animal shelters by placing them with their forever families. We accomplish this by providing adoption and foster services, shelter support services and creating community awareness of these animals. The Cat's Meow is a 100% volunteer-run, registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization devoted to helping cats in the greater Los Angeles area. We rescue cats from high-kill city shelters and off the streets and provide them with medical care and love until we find their forever homes. We also interface with local communities about the importance of spay and neuter to help reduce overpopulation and the high kill rates in local shelters.

Karma's approach is strategic -- rather than work in areas already oversaturated with similar programs, Karma researches and works in targeted zip codes that don't receive the same attention and necessary resources as other areas in Los Angeles.

Kennel Eviction Rescue is an organization dedicated to providing better shelter options for displaced, neglected, and abandoned animals in Southern California. We take in strays as well as pull from high kill shelters. Our goal is to help animals be set up for success in going into adoptive homes to lower the chances of returns.

Walk Me Home Rescue Group is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We rely on the generosity of our friends and the community to realize our mission of safeguarding, rescuing, medically treating, spay/neutering and finding forever homes for the dogs that enter our rescue. Our dogs come from local street abandonment, local owner surrenders and local shelter facilities; including dogs scheduled for euthanasia.Our rescue is 100 percent foster based: meaning, our dogs are placed in the home of a loving volunteer foster family where they are incorporated into the daily lives of that family.

Caring Songs Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue that seeks to provide a good life for cats, dogs, and all creatures. Any breed, whether purebred or mixed breed, is accepted. We seek to help those animals whose chances of being adopted are slim. By caring for them and nurturing them, we help bring the beauty that is inside visible to the external eye.

We take in and rescue cats and kittens from local animal shelters, our feral colonies and owner surrenders. We also rescue and help re-home several dogs and rabbits each year. We have TNR projects where we feed, give fresh water to and monitor at least 100 feral cats each day. We are an all volunteer 501(c)3 non profit, no-kill cat rescue.

Basic Needs Foundation provides food for working homeless people who live in their vehicles and pet food for their pets. We also provide pet food for low income people, and cat food for feral cats. We find homes for homeless pets, when their homeless owners can no longer take care of them. In addition, we hire mobile clinics and provide no-cost spay/neuter to low income pet owners in small towns, and TNR feral cats.

Pug Nation Rescue of Los Angeles is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, care, and placement of abandoned, neglected, unwanted, displaced, and abused pugs. Pug Nation gives these pugs a second chance in a loving and caring forever home. Additionally, we provide information and resources to inform the public about the specific needs of the pug breed. Pug Nation helps vulnerable, needy pugs one pug at a time.

Founded in 2016, The Little Lion Foundation is an all volunteer based team dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens in need - specifically orphaned or medical kittens - and helping them find the home they deserve. We specialize in neonatal, orphaned, and special needs kittens as well as trauma cases. We pride ourselves in saving the ones left discarded ... from blind to physical disabilities and deformities, we believe every kitty is worth fighting for and every cat deserves to roar.

Live Love Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit organization that rescues homeless animals by providing them the necessary medical care, allowing for physical and emotional rehabilitation, finding them their perfect forever homes, and showering them with love throughout their journey with us.

Our mission at Outta the Cage is to help people see shelter dogs as individuals. We travel to shelters, where we video dogs in play yards and open areas. We then share these videos on social media and on our web site, enlisting people to spread the word. We also share information and best practices on how to network shelter dogs, offering field-proven tips for successful advocacy, foster, adoption, and networking.Outta the Cage is directly involved in our community, fostering hard to adopt dogs, and working with other rescues to find adopters. We prioritize at risk animals including seniors, sick, and special-needs dogs, and so-called dominant breeds. From time to time we also advise shelters, animal advocacy organizations, and private companies on the application of information technology to animal rescue.
