We rescue dogs in Texas then secure a loving foster home, provide vetting to get them healthy and ready for adoption, network them with rescues and shelters primarily in Wisconsin and finally transport them to their forever home where they become beloved and treasured family pet.

SNAP's mission is to prevent the suffering and death of cats and dogs due to overpopulation, especially in low- income areas. SNAP has clinics in Houston and San Antonio that provide free and reduced-cost sterilization surgeries. Our mobile clinics travel to low- income areas and provide free sterilizations to cats and dogs of indigent families.

Our organization takes in dogs others pass by.We do not discriminate because of injury, illness or age of the dog.We take in those with severe injuries and medical needs and seniors for our forever foster program.
