Best Friends Benefit to Save Them All

Join Best Friends founders, leaders, and supporters for a special evening for the animals. Together, we’ll toast 40 years of lifesaving and a brighter future for homeless pets.

When: Thursday, September 26, 2024

Where: The Glasshouse, New York City

The Best Friends Benefit to Save Them All brings together passionate and dedicated people in New York and from across the country. Together, we celebrate how far we’ve come for homeless pets and look ahead at the lifesaving work we’ll continue to achieve together for our best friends. And this year there’s an extra special and exciting cause to celebrate: Best Friends’ 40th anniversary!

For the past 40 years, Best Friends and visionaries like you have worked to create a safer future for dogs and cats. We’ve made incredible progress together, increasing the number of no-kill shelters nationwide to nearly 57% in 2022 — up from 24% in 2016 when we announced our goal to lead the country to no-kill in 2025. But we have so much work to do to reach that goal, save lives, and find homes for dogs and cats across the country.

So please join us for this exclusive event, and let’s toast to 40 years of lifesaving — and have loads of fun while we do it! And together, let’s Save Them All.

Innovative and lifesaving programs are made possible thanks to generous and compassionate people like you. Thank you for joining us on this lifesaving journey for the animals.

A special event you won’t soon forget

The event will begin with a cocktail hour where you can meet and greet fellow attendees, followed by a delicious dinner and special program. We’ll end the night with an after-party where you can mix, mingle, and be merry!

About Best Friends

Best Friends Animal Society is working to save the lives of cats and dogs all across the country, giving pets second chances and happy homes.

Just a few short years ago, cats and dogs were killed in staggering numbers in this country simply because shelters didn't have the community support or the resources to save their lives. That number is now less than half a million per year, but there’s still work to do to ensure a bright future for every dog and cat in America.

Best Friends operates the nation's largest no-kill sanctuary for companion animals and is committed to saving the lives of homeless pets by working with shelters and passionate people like you. Together, we will bring the whole country to no-kill by 2025. Together, we will Save Them All.
