From Animal Rescue of the Rockies
Animal Rescue of the Rockies rescata perros y gatos sin hogar en riesgo de refugios abarrotados y los coloca en hogares de acogida y adopción cariñosos en todo Colorado. Cada año, damos en adopción un promedio de 2000 mascotas afortunadas. Contamos con un programa de TNR y trabajamos en estrecha colaboración con otros grupos de TNR para ayudar a las poblaciones felinas de la comunidad. Cada mascota es esterilizada, se le implanta un microchip, se vacuna y se le trata cualquier necesidad veterinaria conocida antes de su adopción. Desde nuestros inicios en Breckenridge, Colorado, en 2003, hemos ampliado nuestros servicios y alcance para abarcar toda la zona de Front Range y más allá. La mayoría de nuestros hogares de acogida y voluntarios viven en las áreas de Denver, Boulder y Fort Collins. Nuestra organización se basa en hogares de acogida, aunque contamos con dos pequeños centros de adopción de gatos: uno en Fairplay, Colorado, y otro en la tienda Just Cats de Denver. También operamos una tienda de segunda mano en 203 N. Main St. en Breckenridge, Colorado.

Ranging from animal shelters and rescue groups to spay/neuter and trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) organizations, they collaborate with Best Friends to save even more lives in every corner of the country.
Best Friends provides marketing help, fundraising events, webinars, grants, and other resources so that, together, we can Save Them All.
