Cat Action Team (CAT) trabaja para mejorar la calidad de vida de los gatos en Charlottesville y los 12 condados circundantes en el centro de Virginia a través de: TNVR, retención de gatos y apoyo comunitario para gatos. Cat Action Team también mantiene un programa de crianza y adopción y aboga por los felinos cuyos cuidadores no pueden cuidarlos, así como por aquellos que viven en condados con clínicas o refugios de bajo costo inadecuados o inexistentes.

The Best Friends Network is comprised of thousands of animal welfare groups from every single state, all working to save the lives of pets in their own communities.
Ranging from animal shelters and rescue groups to spay/neuter and trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) organizations, they collaborate with Best Friends to save even more lives in every corner of the country.
