Servicios para animales del condado de Catawba (CCAS) es un refugio de animales operado por el condado en Newton, Carolina del Norte. CCAS brinda servicios de control de animales y supervisa las operaciones diarias del refugio. En CCAS, nuestro objetivo diario es educar al público sobre las ordenanzas y leyes pertinentes sobre animales, así como crear conciencia sobre cuestiones generales de bienestar animal.
