La misión del Departamento de Control de Animales del Condado de Franklin es brindar a los ciudadanos del condado el más alto nivel de servicios para animales mediante la aplicación de nuestras leyes estatales y locales, para promover la seguridad pública, la salud, la tenencia responsable de mascotas y el bienestar animal.
