Hui Pono Holoholona, fundada en 2007, es una organización 501c3, sin fines de lucro, 100% dedicada a voluntarios, que busca disminuir la sobrepoblación animal, el abandono de animales y la eutanasia altamente saludable, al ofrecer esterilización/castración a bajo costo o sin costo para perros y gatos en Isla Hawai. En 2007, más de 13.000 animales fueron sacrificados cada año en la isla de Hawai'i. Miles más están abandonados, perdidos o salvajes. HUI PONO HOLOHOLONA aumentará la conciencia de la comunidad sobre la necesidad de detener humanamente la sobrepoblación animal mediante la esterilización de animales, la importancia del compañerismo responsable y la propiedad a través de la amabilidad y el respeto. Best Friends Animal Society  works alongside thousands of animal shelters, rescue groups, and other animal welfare organizations to save the lives of cats and dogs across the country and to make the entire country no-kill by 2025.

The Best Friends Network is comprised of thousands of animal welfare groups from every single state, all working to save the lives of pets in their own communities.

Ranging from animal shelters and rescue groups to spay/neuter and trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) organizations, they collaborate with Best Friends to save even more lives in every corner of the country.

Best Friends provides marketing help, fundraising events, webinars, grants, and other resources so that, together, we can Save Them All.
