From Operation Git-Meow
La Operación Git-Meow ayuda a la población de gatos salvajes en la Estación Naval de EE. UU. en la Bahía de Guantánamo, Cuba, y en el área de Washington, DC. En Guantánamo, trabajamos con la Estación Naval para proporcionar microchips y vacunas para los gatos salvajes/comunitarios, y fomentar y adoptar gatos y gatitos a los residentes de la base. Transportamos algunos gatos y gatitos adoptables al área de DC para su adopción para generar conciencia sobre las condiciones en Guantánamo. Ranging from animal shelters and rescue groups to spay/neuter and trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) organizations, they collaborate with Best Friends to save even more lives in every corner of the country.
