The Humane Society of Taos, Inc., dba Stray Hearts Animal Shelter, es una organización sin fines de lucro 501c3 cuya misión se dedica al cuidado provisional compasivo y humano de caninos y felinos perdidos y abandonados. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar un refugio seguro y saludable en el que ofrecemos enriquecimiento mientras los animales están en residencia. SHAS cree firmemente que los animales, tanto domésticos como salvajes, merecen compasión y son una parte vital de la comunidad cuyas necesidades deben satisfacerse. SHAS se centra principalmente en las necesidades de perros y gatos dentro de las comunidades a las que servimos. The Best Friends Network is comprised of thousands of animal welfare groups from every single state, all working to save the lives of pets in their own communities.
Ranging from animal shelters and rescue groups to spay/neuter and trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) organizations, they collaborate with Best Friends to save even more lives in every corner of the country.
Best Friends provides marketing help, fundraising events, webinars, grants, and other resources so that, together, we can Save Them All.
