El refugio se fundó con el ideal de brindar el mejor cuidado posible a los animales en nuestras instalaciones, sin importar la duración de su estancia. Desde sus inicios, nos hemos considerado un grupo de profesionales dedicados que trabajan juntos para lograr una excelente labor para los animales, los residentes y la profesión. Uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra filosofía es el trabajo en equipo y la importancia de la comunicación. Creemos en brindar servicios de vanguardia a los animales con la mayor compasión y humanidad posibles, además de ser atentos y sensibles con los residentes que acuden a nuestras instalaciones. Nuestro objetivo diario es reducir la eutanasia reduciendo la sobrepoblación de mascotas mediante la divulgación pública, la educación humanitaria, el marketing y la publicidad, un programa eficaz de esterilización y castración, y programas eficaces de acogida y adopción.
