Vashon Island Pet Protectors, establecida en 1984, trabaja todos los días para mejorar la calidad de vida de los animales de compañía en Vashon Island. Vashon Island Pet Protectors, cariñosamente conocida en toda la isla como VIPP, es una organización de rescate de animales 501c3 sin fines de lucro y que no mata, dirigida por voluntarios compasivos y amantes de los animales. En muchos sentidos, VIPP ofrece el mejor recurso posible para que las personas y los animales establezcan una conexión en la isla Vashon. The Best Friends Network is comprised of thousands of animal welfare groups from every single state, all working to save the lives of pets in their own communities.

Ranging from animal shelters and rescue groups to spay/neuter and trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) organizations, they collaborate with Best Friends to save even more lives in every corner of the country.

Best Friends provides marketing help, fundraising events, webinars, grants, and other resources so that, together, we can Save Them All.
