Kiley Hatch

Kiley Hatch is the Senior Specialist, Network Data Operations. Throughout her professional career, she has had the opportunity to work in a diverse group of industries from insurance to higher education to the tech industry, consistently leading teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve customer experiences and support client goals. Passionate about animal welfare, Kiley joined Best Friends in February 2024 and is dedicated to supporting our partners, fostering collaboration, and using data to help the team provide resources needed for their partners to reach their lifesaving goals.

Kiley currently resides in Fort Wayne, IN, with her wife, Allison, their two dogs (Oliver and Tato), and their two cats (Penny and Toddie). In her spare time, Kiley enjoys reading, playing their latest board game, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen together.
