Dog Foster Network nació de una simple verdad personal: una sola persona solo puede hacer hasta cierto punto. Nuestro fundador se convirtió en familia de acogida —y luego en padre de acogida, aunque sin éxito— y se dio cuenta de que el problema no era el amor, sino el acceso, la visibilidad y el apoyo. Había perros en refugios y centros de rescate, esperando hogares temporales que existían pero a los que no se podía acceder. Las familias de acogida querían ayudar, pero no sabían por dónde empezar. Creamos DFN para solucionar ese problema. Ranging from animal shelters and rescue groups to spay/neuter and trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) organizations, they collaborate with Best Friends to save even more lives in every corner of the country.
