The Best Friends Network is made up of thousands of public and private shelters, rescue groups, spay/neuter organizations, and other animal welfare groups — all working to save the lives of dogs and cats in communities like yours across the country.
The NKLA Coalition, led by Best Friends, is at the heart of lifesaving in Los Angeles. Coalition members can receive grants, connect and collaborate with other organizations to help further their work, participate in adoption and fundraising events, take part in mentorship and training opportunities, and more.

El Fondo Peter Zippi ("PZF") brinda cuidado y colocación a gatos y gatitos sin hogar, con especial atención a aquellos abandonados, heridos o maltratados. The NKLA Coalition is comprised of dozens of shelters and animal welfare groups in the Los Angeles area, all working to save the lives of pets in the region.
Ranging from animal shelters and rescue groups to spay/neuter and trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) organizations, they collaborate with Best Friends to save even more lives in every corner of the country.
Best Friends provides marketing help, fundraising events, webinars, grants, and other resources so that, together, we can Save Them All.
