La misión del Refugio de Animales de la Parroquia de Terrebonne es equilibrar la salud, la seguridad y el bienestar de las personas y los animales mediante: proteger los derechos de las personas de los peligros y molestias causados por animales no controlados, asegurar la protección de los animales contra el maltrato y promover y motivar tenencia responsable de mascotas.
