From Wyandotte Animal Shelter

El objetivo principal del Wyandotte Animal Shelter (WAC) es encontrar hogares permanentes para los perros y gatos que están bajo nuestro cuidado. Una vez que un animal se entrega o completa la retención exigida por el estado en las instalaciones de admisión, Downriver Central Animal Control, el gato o el perro se transfiere al Refugio de animales Wyandotte. Una vez allí, los llevan a una clínica de esterilización/castración para realizarles una cirugía, junto con una vacuna contra la rabia y una prueba del gusano del corazón o combinada (FIV, FeLV). Si el animal necesita atención veterinaria, la organización sin fines de lucro Pound Pals Downriver cubrirá los costos de las necesidades de ese animal. Están bajo el cuidado de (WAC) hasta que sean adoptados.

Ranging from animal shelters and rescue groups to spay/neuter and trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) organizations, they collaborate with Best Friends to save even more lives in every corner of the country.

Best Friends provides marketing help, fundraising events, webinars, grants, and other resources so that, together, we can Save Them All.
