The Montgomery County Community Cat Coalition (MC CCC) is an independent, 501(c)3 nonprofit animal protection organization dedicated to improving the lives of community cats in Montgomery County, Maryland. We help residents by promoting and implementing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), by educating and engaging residents to value the lives of community cats, by developing programs and partnerships to mitigate cat-related issues. and by identifying and providing resources to community cat caregivers.

Inspired by the plight of shelter dogs and the quandary of Black Dog Syndrome, Black Dogs and Company Rescue, Inc. (BDCR) was incorporated in June 2013.We are organized exclusively for the charitable and educational purpose of companion animal rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of dogs considered more difficult to adopt (e.g., black dogs, large dogs, and older dogs).

Puppies Are Worth Saving (PAWS) pulls dogs and puppies from dangerous situations and places them in loving, caring, forever homes. We work with a group of dedicated fosters to ensure the dogs get the love and care they need.

The SPCA/Humane Society of Prince George's County, Inc. (PGSPCA) is a nonprofit organization of volunteers dedicated to animal welfare. Our objectives are: To reduce pet overpopulation through our progressive spay/neuter program; To prevent animal cruelty, neglect, and suffering through our investigations, legal action, affordable vaccinations, and an active dog and cat adoption program; humane education.

Bowie Citizens for Local Animal Welfare advocates for the welfare of animals in the Greater Bowie area. We support the the City of Bowie's short-term animal holding facility by donating supplies and offering volunteer assistance and advocating for animal welfare before local governments. Support of Prince George's County Animal Services by providing supplies; supporting their volunteer program and foster program. Promoting our Pet Food Pantry. Supporting community cats within the area through an active TNR program. Helping with the placement of homeless pets and the return of lost pets.

FlyDogz-Puerto Rico is dedicated to helping find Satos (mixed breeds from Puerto Rico) a "freedom" flight to NY, NJ, and Florida. We work with local rescues/independent rescuers in Puerto Rico, who rescue and rehabilitate stray and abused dogs from the island. We work tirelessly to connect our rescue partners with people traveling to and from Puerto Rico, helping to rehome dogs in the United States.

Beltsville Community Cats, an all-volunteer organization formed in 2019, works with residents and businesses to humanely reduce the number of free-roaming community cats in Beltsville, MD. We use targeted Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return and natural attrition to reduce unwanted litters and keep feral cats healthier. We rescue stray, abandoned, and feral kittens for placement in foster homes, socialization, vetting and adoption.

Reeds Rescue is a non-profit volunteer dog rescue organization serving the Northern Baltimore County area. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs of senior age or deemed to be terminally ill from area shelters, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of decompensating in the shelter environment. We often take the most vulnerable population from a shelter.

The Partnership for Animal Welfare (PAW) is a non-profit group of volunteers chartered to facilitate the rescue and adoption of homeless, shelter domestic animals, mainly dogs and cats, and place them in loving and stable homes.

The City of Greenbelt Animal Services is a vital city service that aims to assist all Greenbelt residents with any animal-related needs.
