Special Criteria

Nevada is quite the happy-go-lucky dog and enjoys being the life of the party. He loves playing with his toys and other dogs. Born in 2017, Nevada came to the Sanctuary from Best Friends Houston. He has done very well on his play dates, engaging the other dogs in play but respecting their need for a break. As a result, Nevada has gotten stellar marks on his report card from the behavior consultants. With his sense of adventure and fun, Nevada would do best in an active home with other dogs. He is working on refocusing training with treats during his walks, and is learning that seeing the lizards, but not chasing them, means yummy rewards. Dashing, friendly and energetic, Nevada is always ready to socialize.
