This facility will be in the county to serve rural residents of Morgan County.  The Morgan County Humane Society has been designated a (501) (c) (3) IRS non-profit charity established since 2005 to benefit the rural residents of Morgan County. This organization has a board of directors, approved monthly minutes and detailed financial statements. We currently have eight acres of donated land in central Morgan County and a facility 100 feet by 30 feet.
