We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason - dogs in public shelters where theyare at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educatingprospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives.

Brooklyn Animal Action strives to make a difference. We are a Brooklyn-based group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress. Working with our communities, we facilitate Trap-Neuter-Release programs, find homes for adoptable animals, perform community outreach and education, and engage in advocacy. Since our founding in 2010, BAA has rehomed nearly 500 cats, as well as the occasional dog or pigeon.

The purpose of the Richland County Dog Warden's Office and Adoption Center is to function primarily as an animal control organization and facility under the provisions set forth in the Ohio Revised Code, while also increasing the number of adopted dogs through greater public awareness. Our mission is to improve the condition of companion animals in Western Maryland. We will achieve this by saving the lives of adoptable animals through rescue and transport, owner education, training, rehabilitation and successful adoption.

SevaDog is a last chance rescue and sanctuary for dogs deemed un-adoptable by shelters, other rescue groups, and local owner surrenders.Dogs come here to heal with the support of experienced volunteers and all efforts are made to ensure veterinary care including extensive surgeries and after care. We focus on Pit Bulls, bait dogs, neglect cases, domestic violence victim dogs, feral dogs, little dogs with fear based behaviors. Training along with mental and physical exercise provides the skills for re-homing dogs into forever homes. We will provide continued support for adopters. We sponsor spay and neuters for low income families in Eugene/Springfield as well as emergency vet care when funds allow. We provide a excellent quality of life for each dog regardless of their length of stay. We will continue to educate ourselves and be the best we can be for the dogs we devote our lives to.

We protect animals that are unable to speak for themselves, by providing compassionate care and placement for homeless pets without the need for euthanasia.
