The Special Enforcement Division, enforces all aspects of the Animal & Fowl Ordinance, but is not limited to the efficient operations of the animal shelter as well as ensuring all biting animals are quarantined as required by the state. We ensure compliance with rabies vaccinations, the registering of all animals through our permitting system as well as, animal cruelty investigations, biting cases, cleanliness of pens, etc.

Super Heroes In Ripped Jeans was founded because of an incredible demand in the community for low-cost spay/neuter programs, a pet food pantry, and assistance obtaining emergency veterinary care. Super Heroes in Ripped Jeans rescues animals in need, provides aid to caretakers, enables access to services to reduce pet overpopulation, and facilitates education programs, all of which benefit the greater community.

The Frank and Lucy project Mission Statement: Provide help to our local community with the growing feline population and to abolish the needless suffering of free-roaming cats by the way of Spay and Neuter, medical attention, vaccines and as nursery for newborn kittens and mommy until they are old enough to be adopted into loving homes.

We rescue older domestic cats (must be 10 or over) who are homeless or in a life-threatening situation. Typically our residents come from shelters (where they are too old to adopt) or from Vets who possess an older cat, who has been surrendered and scheduled for euthanasia.
We then care for them the rest of their lives. When they pass, we have a beautiful Butterfly Memorial Garden where their ashes are scattered.

House of Dreams provides shelter and care for abandoned and homeless cats, with the goal of finding them permanent homes or providing them a lifetime home in our facility. We are a free-roam, no-kill, all-volunteer cat shelter located in Portland, Oregon. We are one of the only area shelters with facilities for Feline Leukemia positive kitties. Outcast Cat Help assists the community with the unowned cat. The cat that lives behind the restaurant, underneath your deck or in the park. We utilize Trap-Neuter-Return and mass trapping of colonies as our methodology. We consistently achieve 100% trap rates and our services are sought after because of our efficacy and commitment to our community.

Richardson Rescue, located in York, SC, is a non-profit animal adoption agency dedicated to preserving the sanctity of animal life. We find great forever home for every pet that comes to us. We strive to give owners a better education on pet care, prevent pet neglect/abuse and provide a low cost spay/neuter program for those that can't afford it. Richardson Animal Rescue is a 501C3, non profit, publicly funded rescue.

The Feline Rescue Association is a 501(c)(3) rescue organization operating out of foster homes in the Baltimore area. We work with stray, abandoned and feral cats through rescue, adoption, and spay/neuter. Founded June 2007, the Feline Rescue Association works with street cats in some of the worst neighborhoods in Baltimore. We also pull cats who are facing euthanasia. We are dedicated to helping the abandoned cats of Baltimore, one cat at a time.

The LewisClark Humane Society was founded in Helena in 1964 as a means to create a more humane and ethical way to deal with the community's stray and unwanted pets. LCHS is a small, community-based organization that provides shelter for unwanted and stray animals while working to end pet overpopulation, reduce the need for euthanasia, and improve the humane treatment and well-being of companion animals.

Open Door Animal Sanctuary has been offering hope and help for animals since 1975. Since our founding, we have saved over 34,000 animals from living their lives on the streets. We are the largest no-kill shelter in the four state area and take animals in, when we have space available. Once in our care, we medically treat them, spay/neuter, rehabilitate and start spoiling them rotten.
