The Houston Humane Society is dedicated to,working towards, ending cruelty, abusethe overpopulation of animals while providing the highest quality of life to those brought to us for care.

The Blue Ridge Bull Terrier Club, Inc. (BRBTC) works with animal shelters, rescue professionals and veterinary centers located in the mid-Atlantic region. All Blue Ridge rescue dogs receive routine veterinary care, including spay/neuter, before adoption. BRBTC does not euthanize dogs because they need extensive medical treatments or surgeries for conditions from which they can recover. The only situations for which euthanasia is used is if a Bull Terrier displays threatening behavior towards people or if a dog is so ill it cannot recover. Otherwise, no matter how old a dog is, Blue Ridge will take them and care for them until they can be evaluated, matched and placed in a permanent home.

To form a no-kill coalition for companion animals within our community by educating the public, providing responsible pet owner services, and finding great adopters for the homeless pets in our care.

Our mission is to never say no to an animal in need. We provide aid to sick and homeless animals in the greater New York City area, including medical care, shelter and foster home access, spay/neuter, and vaccinations. We help the local community with abandoned and abused animals. In 2021, we took in 820 animals, and completed 519 adoptions. We also rescue other animals, such as birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, and turtles.

Our vision is A Home for Every Pet.We hope to achieve this through innovative approaches to sheltering, adoption, spay and neuter, and public education about animal welfare.We are an open intake shelter and turn no animal away.We took in nearly 12,000 animals in 2015, but that number has declined every year since 2010 - a direct effect of our public spay/neuter program.This consistent decrease has enabled us to improve the quality of care for our shelter population through the years, namely the implementation of our Animal Compassion Fund to provide veterinary care to sick or injured animals.

People and the pets they love belong together no matter what challenges life has thrown their way. Our organization is dedicated to helping pet parents in Los Angeles communities that are low income, housing vulnerable, under-served and under-resourced access valuable services that help them stay together with the pets they love, and to keep those pets safe, healthy, happy, off the streets, and out of animal shelters.

SpayToday, NeuterNow! seeks to reduce pet overpopulation and unnecessary euthanasia by providing affordable, high quality spay, neuter and vaccine services to the public and animal rescues. Until every pet born has a loving home, spaying and neutering is the best solution to the pet overpopulation crisis.

To promote the health and safety of community feral cat colonies through public education; to trap, neuter, release and vaccinate feral cats within those colonies to maintain feral cats' health and to reduce the colonies growth; to socialize feral kittens with the goal of taking them out of the colonies and placing them in homes.

We provide care and shelter to animals in needs while maintaining a safe community where we promote pet ownership through outreach, education, and enforcement.

The Tails Humane Society mission is to build a compassionate community through the care of companion animals.

Established in 1975, Newnan-Coweta Humane Society (NCHS) is the oldest animal rescue in Coweta County. Our mission is to provide leadership in the implementation of public policy concerning animal issues, and to participate in the humane management of the area's increasing animal population. We will also provide educational programs to assist residents in caring for and enjoying their pets and will work to improve public awareness of companion animals' ability to enhance the quality of life in our community.

The mission of Eden Animal Haven is: To provide a safe, cage-free haven for abused, abandoned, and unwanted cats, with the goal of adopting them into loving forever homes; to provide loving care and sanctuary to cats deemed as "unadoptable;" to educate the public about pet overpopulation and the importance of spay/neuter.

The goal of Sheltie Rescue of Utah (SRU) is to prevent the unnecessary euthanasia of any Shelties. To achieve this SRU provides medical and behavioral support in order to re-home, foster, or provide hospice care for Shetland Sheepdogs who are homeless. Such Shelties may be in shelters or be relinquished by owners who cannot or do not want to care for them.

We provide a safe place for unwanted or lost animals of Rush County and a contact for information and resources for the communities within Rush County. Although we are funded and primarily viewed as enforcement of animal control, we spend a lot time and energy in finding adoption homes for the animals in our care.

In addition to TNR, we are a foster-based rescue. Feline Lifeline's mission is to give homeless cats a chance, not after they are taken to a public animal shelter to be likely euthanized, but while they are still living on the streets, eating out of trash cans and surviving long enough only to produce a litter or two of kittens doomed to the same fate as their parents.

Our mission is saving lives, finding homes, and inspiring compassion. It is our vision to provide for the well-being of all companion animals; provide affordable veterinary care and make it accessible to all pet owners; address animal overpopulation through spay/neuter programs; and promote the human-animal bond through adoption, education, and outreach programs.
