Cat N Around Rescue is a no-kill, cageless shelter for cats in Galesburg, IL. With a combined 20 years of experience involved, we have matched abandoned and stray street cats with loving families and provided a permanent home for cats that have not been adopted due to age, medical conditions or socialization issues.

Oakland Animal Services is Oakland's only "open admissions" shelter: We accept all of Oakland's homeless, injured, orphaned, unwanted, lost, abandoned and mistreated animals, regardless of age, breed, temperament or medical condition.

Our staff provides critical services to our community, sheltering thousands of Oakland's stray animals each year and responding to animal-related calls for service in Oakland. We are a city agency that proudly provides public safety and animal welfare services as well as human health and social services. With the assistance of a dedicated group of volunteers and the support of nonprofit Friends of Oakland Animal Services, OAS cares for more than 5,000 animals each year.

The Golden Bark Foundation is dedicated to rescuing and advocating for at-risk senior dogs, fulfilling their immediate needs and sending them off to a love-filled retirement home.
We focus on rescuing senior dogs because they are often forgotten and cast aside at the point in their lives when they need the most care. When they end up in shelters, people prefer to adopt younger dogs that require less care and maintenance with fuller lives ahead. We plan to rescue and find homes for these senior dogs. They deserve to know love in the latter portions of their lives.

Located on 90 acres in Darlington, South Carolina, Humble Pig is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue, currently home to Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Chickens, Turkeys, Goats, Turtles, and, of course, Pigs! We rescue, rehabilitate and re-home animals in dire need. Sanctuaries act as emergency first responders for animals in crisis and provide healing, long-term care. We also create opportunities for people to experience the profound sensitivity, intelligence, humor and kindness of animals. Adopters are chosen very carefully, according to each animals specific needs and personality. If the adoption is unsuccessful for any reason, they will always have a familiar home to return to at Humble Pig.

Our mission is to aid in the protection and prevention of cruelty to animals. We will take in horses and other animals and attempt to find suitable, safe, and permanent homes. We will take in unwanted, abandoned, abused, and stray animals. We will ensure all aspects of the animal's life are cared for while in our care; including training, playing, medical issues, solving behavior problems. Sanctuary animals have the same care as rescue animals.

Kenzie's Kitten Rescue is a neonate, critical, medical and special needs cat and kitten rescue, taking in the sick, hurt, injured, and special needs cats and kittens that require immediate, urgent, and around the clock medical attention. We network with the community, other rescues, shelters, and veterinary clinics for intakes and care.

To provide shelter, medical care and comfort to stray and surrendered dogs and cats while working to secure them appropriate homes. To educate the public about responsible pet ownership and the need for spaying and neutering to prevent overpopulation.

Circle 2 Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill organization committed to the rescue and care of homeless, abused, and abandoned animals. We collaborate with devoted volunteers, compassionate foster homes, and local veterinarians to rescue animals in distress and ensure they find loving, thoughtfully matched forever homes.

To ensure compliance with local and state animal-related laws; to return strays to their owners and promote the adoption of homeless animals to new families; and to work toward ending the community problem of pet overpopulation.

Central Virginia Regional Rescue is a volunteer based non-profit dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption of regional animals into permanent and loving homes. Through education, community outreach, and our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program, we aspire to eliminate the need for euthanasia as a means of pet population control.
