Aurora can be a bit shy and apprehensive at first, but that seems to be a result of her blindness. Once she gets used to you she is friendly and affectionate. She will allow you to pet her, but she doesn't like to be picked up or carried to another room. She does, however, love to go out the cat door to the enclosed patio and she'll knock over obstacles to get where she wants to go. Aurora tolerates other cats as long as they stay out of her space. We estimate she was born in 2014; she came from a rescue in Utah. Her right eye was removed. Her left eye has glaucoma and retinal detachment, but she may be able to see some shadows. Aurora is looking is looking to live in a place where she can be treated like a queen and not have to deal with many other cats, or preferably none.
