Special Criteria
Sanctuary Visit Required

Buster is a happy, energetic pup who loves people. He has never met a stranger. He loves to get scratched and to go on long walks. He has a lot of energy and would make a great hiking companion, but he also enjoys time alone and knows how to entertain himself. Buster gets overexcited easily and becomes jumpy, especially when people are trying to put his harness on. He can also be reactive toward other dogs while he's on a leash. He has been working on staying calm during times of excitement, and he has developed a routine with his caregivers at Dogtown. Buster was born in 2017. He has some mild skin and respiratory issues, but they don't slow him down. He is very smart and will need a person or family who will continue helping him work on being calm. An active home where he can be the one and only, without other dogs or cats, would be ideal for him. Life is already exciting for Buster, but nothing would make him happier than finding a home to call his own.
