Leaper has leapt over many hurdles in his life. He was rescued in Taiwan and took a long, long ride across the ocean to an Arizona rescue group. Then he experienced uncertainty when that rescue closed its doors. It seemed like his world was in constant change, but finally all of that led him to Best Friends!Leaper is a quiet gentleman who prefers a slow gentle approach. He is quite a friendly fellow. He enjoys human friendship as well as canine friends.
