From A Roof For Roofus Rescue
Our mission is to rescue suffering or unwanted animals and rehabilitate them to the loving animals they were meant to be. We are dedicated to visiting high kill shelters and rescuing animals before they meet their last day. Roofus is devoted to taking animals that are no longer able to be cared for by their owners or are neglected in their homes. Any kind of transition is hard for an animal to understand since we cannot communicate with them through words. Therefore, we are dedicated to rehabilitating every animal we rescue by providing each with respect, compassion, and love for perhaps the first time in their lives. A Roofus Animal can wait in a comfortable environment until their forever family adopts them. We also strive to promote the humane treatment of all animals including educating the public on spaying, neutering and how to be a responsible pet caregiver.
