Male Chihuahua named Tidbit available for adoption

Tidbit is a shy and fearful guy who is starting to learn about the world around him. He enjoys the company of other dogs his size and has been learning by watching the other dogs in his foster home. Tidbit does not walk on leash and will need a safe secure fenced yard or area in his adoptive home. Currently, he uses pee pads in his foster home. When no one is watching, Tidbit enjoys playing with toys.
