Male Domestic Shorthair named Blitz available for adoption

Meet Blitz, a dashing 2-year-old male cat with a handsome brown tabby and white coat. Blitz's playful and affectionate personality makes him an irresistible companion. He enjoys chasing toys, lounging in sunny spots, and receiving gentle pets.

Blitz's foster say he loves getting pet and settled in after just a few days, "He might need a couple days just to get used to you, sitting on the floor near him and reaching a hand out for pets, or nearby while he is eating. That seemed to help him decide he could trust and wanted to come get more pets! ". They describe him as "Cuddly, sweet, mellow". Blitz loves cheek and chin pets and scratches. They say he is affectionate "Blitz is the biggest sweetheart. He is fine hanging out by himself, but when you're around and can give him some love he relishes in it and will climb all over you, sleep on the pillow next to your face, give you lots of head bumps and is a purring machine!". He is playful and curious. He is in foster with a resident cat and has been just fine, no issues. He is the biggest love bug in the world. Always purring, making biscuits, and just happy to be near you.

Blitz is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed, ensuring he's in excellent health and ready for his new home.

Blitz is currently available to meet you in person at Best Friends New York Soho Lifesaving Center located at 307 West Broadway, near Canal Street. The Lifesaving Center is open to visitors 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week.
