Want to introduce your products or services to an engaged audience? Become an exhibitor in the conference Hub and meet attendees from across the country, all working to save more lives.

Please note: The 2024 Best Friends National Conference Hub is currently sold out. We are still accepting applications for our waitlist. You will be notified if a spot opens.

The Hub is where conference attendees gather to meet exhibitors and sponsors, have lunch, participate in networking opportunities, and learn more about Best Friends and our programs. 

Exhibitors represent companies and organizations from around the country that offer the best resources, products, and supplies for all levels of animal welfare professionals.

Exhibiting in the Hub

Exhibiting in the Hub will give you unique access to introduce your company to a passionate group of people — board members, shelter directors, volunteers, and everyone in between.

Hub hours

All times are in Eastern time and are subject to change.

Load-in time for exhibitors:      
Wednesday, July 10, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Thursday, July 11, 8–11 a.m.

Exhibition time:*      
Thursday, July 11, 12:15–2:15 p.m. and 5:15–7:15 p.m. 
Friday, July 12, 12:15–2:15 p.m. 
Saturday, July 13, 12:15–2:15 p.m.   

Load-out time for exhibitors:      
Saturday, July 13, 2:15–6 p.m. 

*Your booth must have a representative present during exhibition hours. A representative from your company does not need to be present during all load-in and load-out hours.         
 

Exhibitor costs

Single booth: $1,195
Double booth: $2,295
Island booth: $5,000

Each single booth space includes:

  • A 10x10 carpeted event space
  • Two complimentary conference registrations plus a discount code for additional booth representatives to register at a lower rate
  • One skirted banquet table, two chairs, and one wastebasket
  • One standard identification sign with your company’s name

Each double booth space includes:

  • A 10x20 carpeted event space
  • Four complimentary conference registrations plus a discount code for additional booth representatives to register at a lower rate
  • Two skirted banquet tables, four chairs and two wastebaskets
  • One standard identification sign with your company’s name

Each island booth space includes:

  • A 20x20 carpeted event space
  • Four complimentary conference registrations plus a discount code for additional booth representatives to register at a lower rate
  • Two skirted banquet tables, four chairs, and two wastebaskets
