All 4s Rescue League is a grassroots neighborhood initiative improving the lives of pets in Memphis communities by educating pet owners and providing adequate necessities to ensure owner is in compliance with local pet-related laws, and improve quality of life for the pet. Our focus is adequate shelter, dog supplies, education, general vetting, and free spay and neuter programs.
