Mission of Dogster’s Spay & Neuter Program:
Dogster’s Spay & Neuter Program (D-SNiP) seeks to end the tragedy of unwanted cats and dogs in our community by providing spay/neuter education and low-cost spay and neuter services to people who cannot afford them. D-SNiP also provides emergency veterinary and foster care for animals in need on a case-by-case basis.
